Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ammiyan. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Be in its original packaging, where applicable.

• Include any original tags, accessories, or other items included with the purchase.

• Not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

To request a return, please contact us at ammiyan.crafts@hotmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. We will provide instructions for the return process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your payment provider or bank additional time to process and display the refund in your account.

The amount refunded may exclude any original shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item so we can assist you.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations can only be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

After 24 hours, we may have already begun processing or preparing your order for shipment, and cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at ammiyan.crafts@hotmail.com and include your order number.

If your cancellation is approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not automatically offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or variation, please contact us to discuss your options. You may return your original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order, where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return where applicable, including items that are:

• Used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

• Missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.

• Purchased outside the applicable 30-day return period.

• Otherwise excluded from returns under applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at ammiyan.crafts@hotmail.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and photographs or other relevant information so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
